In most cases (excluding pre-orders), orders ship within 1-2 business days.
Orders placed during special offers, promotional periods or periods of high order volume can be expected to take 2 – 3 days longer to be processed, however we will do our best to have them processed sooner.
If you wish to cancel your order please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and provide us with your order number.
Please note that shipping is non-refundable if you choose to cancel your order.
Once your order has been shipped you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email and/or SMS, which will include the unique tracking number for your order.
To track your order, please use the link included in the Shipping Confirmation email and/or SMS.
We aim to to ship pre orders within 3 days of receiving the products. We do our best to meet the estimated delivery date but cannot always achieve this, in which case you will be kept informed. You can see the estimated delivery date within the product description on our website. This date may change due to manufacturing delays.
Standard delivery times will apply. You order will be shipped once the item is in stock. If there are other items on your order that are in stock, the product/s will be shipped the same time as the pre order item. We do not offer partial shipments.
Payment is taken at the time your order is placed. If for you any reason we cannot fulfil your order, a full refund will be issued.
We will accept cancellations of pre orders if the order has not already been fulfilled or shipped.
HIGH RISK ORDERS
Occasionally our system will flag an order as high risk. This can occur when a high risk connection (web proxy) is used to make the purchase, or when the country of origin of the order differs to the country of delivery.
To reduce the risk of online credit card fraud SOVERE / may request additional information and identification from you to assist in confirming the legitimacy of the order.
MISSED OR RETURNED DELIVERY ORDERS
All orders returned to sender due to an incorrect address or not being claimed at the local or international destination will be returned to SOVERE / and will incur a $10.00 AUD Return To Sender fee.
Upon receiving the return to sender order, SOVERE / will refund your order, minus the $10 AUD Return To Sender fee.
REFUSED DELIVERY ORDERS
If you refuse a shipment from SOVERE / you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees or custom charges that are incurred on the package and the cost of returning the package to SOVERE /.
Upon receiving your refused delivery we will process a refund for your order, minus the aforementioned shipping charges.
