All faulty apparel items are eligible for return for replacement or refund within a 90 day period from receiving your purchase.
If you believe your item is faulty please contact us at email@example.com and include the following information:
- Invoice number
- Description of the issue
- Photos or videos showing the issue
We cannot accept liability for an item until it has been confirmed as faulty by SOVERE /.
If your product turns out to be faulty or damaged, SOVERE / will replace or refund the item; unless (but not limited to):
- Product care label has not been adhered to
- Cosmetic damages
- Outside the warranty period
- Lack of proof of purchase
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement (should one be available), refund or repair for a major failure.
Please be advised that it is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure correct laundering and care of the products.
