AFTERPAY: Pay four fortnightly payments and receive your order right away. No interest or added fees apply. Payment will be automatically taken from your debit or credit card.

PLEASE NOTE: if you fail to make a payment you will be charged a late fee of $10 and if still overdue an additional $7 will be charged one week later.

SOVERE / strives to ensure the security, integrity and privacy of the personally identifiable information of its customers.

In line with the 2003 Spam Act, you will only receive marketing emails from SOVERE / if you have specifically opted into receiving said emails. If at any time you do not wish to receive further updates, you may remove yourself from the mailing list by logging into your account and opting out. 

PASSWORDS

In the event that you have forgotten your password, you can request a new password to be sent to your registered email address via the Customer Login page. Alternatively, you can email us for assistance at info@soverestudio.com

You will be sent a new temporary password to your email address. Upon receiving your new temporary password, you may change it in your 'My Account' tab for added security purposes.

LEGAL

Listed prices on SOVERE / are accurate to the best of our knowledge. In the unlikely event of an incorrectly priced item, SOVERE / has the right to correct and/or change the price of the item. 

After placing an order you will receive an Order Confirmation email, confirming the details of your purchase. This email receipt does not comprise a contract.

Orders may be cancelled at any time due to an inability to authorise a payment, insufficient stock, suspicion of fraudulent intent or any other reason deemed appropriate by SOVERE /. In addition, SOVERE / reserves the right to decline or cancel any such orders.

If a cancelled order has already been charged to the customer’s credit card, SOVERE / will issue a refund to the account in the same amount within 7 business days. 

SOVERE / reserves the right to modify the information on this site and the services and products described therein anytime without notice.

COMPETITIONS

SOVERE / may run competitions, prize draws and promotions on the SOVERE /  site and social media channels. These will be subject to additional terms and conditions, which will be made known at the time.

Where SOVERE / allows you to email products to another person: you warrant that the person to whom the email is addressed has consented to the email being sent; and indemnify SOVERE /, its servants and agents against all actions, claims and demands (including the cost of defending or setting any actions, claims and demands) arising out of or in respect of sending any email or any contravention of the SPAM Act 2003.

Unless otherwise specified, product prices already reflect discounts. All offers are limited to stock on hand; no rain checks or vouchers are available unless otherwise noted. Not valid after purchase, on prior purchases, gift cards, gift certificates, taxes, shipping, or handling and processing charges. Purchaser must pay applicable sales tax. Offer may not be combined with any other sale, promotion, discount, code, promo, coupon and/or offer. Promotions have no cash value. Offer cannot be sold, transferred, or otherwise bartered.
